Can be used as a dip, in place of hummus, or spread over a piece of toasted bread
Ingredients
- Extra Firm Tofu
- Mustard
- Oat Milk
- Nutritional Yeast
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Place 1/2 block tofu, 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 Tbsp mustard, 1 Tbsp oat milk, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper into a food processor and purée
- Enjoy as a dip with pita, over a piece of toast bread topped with tomato and pesto, or with a bowl of roasted vegetables


TIPS
Keep ingredients simple and then adjust based on meal
Add 2 tsp pesto for a simple dip. I added 1/4 tsp ‘everything bagel seasoning’ and 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes for a breakfast dip enjoyed with toasted whole grain and sourdough breads


Bonus: Add olive tamponade or 1/4 c leftover green olive primavera mix
